We had an amazing expedition to climb Mera Peak with Himalayan Joy. We successfully summited the peak thanks to the great planning from Cholendra and the perfect guiding of Tika.

The hospitality that Himalayan Joy showed, the impeccable planning - including many contingencies for the weather, and the friendliness of the porters, was incredible.

It was a once in a lifetime trip, and we couldn't have asked for a better team.

The call for Kailash was there in me for many years and it became possible with Himalayan Joy Adventure.

The aspiration to be in Kailash was always there within, the experience was further enhanced by the hospitality rendered by the Soul's of Himalayan Joy, The managing director Cholindra & his team Tika,Purna,Nara Ramesh and their counterpart in Tibet Tashi, Tawa,Peama .........have done a remarkable job, along with the experience of Kailash the selflessness of this guys will always remain in my memory.
No hesitation in recommending " Himalayan Joy Adventure" too all of you out there, get on an experience the Joy of adventure.

The trip was moderately difficult but very rewarding pilgrimage. Himalayan Joy adventure arranged entire trip for our family. Cholendra and his people became like a family to all of us. Their kindness and hospitality is matchless. On our back descending, my daughter had acute mountain sickness. Cholendra went above and beyond in helping us late in the night at Kathmandu hospital and helped us like a family member with bringing food and buying clothes for us. He made sure to check us on our health and meticulously planned even when our visas to Tibet got postponed. So our trip in the beginning did not start on time due to the delay in the visa process but that was nicely handled by him. Tika, Purna, Ramesh and Tibet Sherpa Peama, Tashi and our car driver all were very kind and simple people who made us all happy throughout the trip with everything.

Our visit of 21 to Kailash is something that is going to stay with us for a very long time, thanks to "Himalayan Joy Adventure". From the time we arrived in Kathmandu, right through Lhasa to Kailash and back, Choleindra and his team made sure every single detail that was essential for this life time pilgrimage was meticulously organised. Each day, at the end of a hard trek, there was a hot lemon drink waiting and all vegetarian meals were freshly prepared to cater for the different tastes of the pilgrims, aged from twenties to sixties. Every detail was attended to and valuable advice was forthcoming before and after the trip, and even when snags were encountered, the team of guides were there with a smile reassuring the best for the pilgrims. Would recommend "Himalayan Joy Adventure" to anyone planning a trip to Kailash without reservations.

It was a last minute trip. Booking was done 1 week before the trip through facebook messenger and with no money exchange until I have reached Kathmandu. The level of trust highly commended.

First I did a motorbike trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara and surrounding area. The guide was Kishor. He was a good rider and have a good knowledge of the area we were visiting.

Next was trekking to Poon Hill. I had an issue with my trekking guide. Informed Cholendra near 11pm at night before the trek. Cholendra managed to find a replacement to fly in the next morning and proceed with our trekking with no delay. Nara was my replacement guide. He was polite and handle things professionally.

Before I left, I had a day visit to Nagarkot with Cholendra and the driver Bim and a day visit around Kathmandu.

Overall, I had a great time and I enjoyed it very much. Will come again.
