We were travelling in a group of three girls and our parents were concerned of our safety, told us we have to find a reliable tour company, otherwise our trip is off. Cholendra and Himalayan Joy were recommended by a friend of mine, and very competitively priced, so we went with them.

Cholendra had extended his utmost warm welcome to us when we arrived. Assigned a very very good guide to us who has done his best to look after us throughout our 21days trek to the Annapurna circuit and also Annapurna Base Camp. Thanks to them, we experienced a very warm Nepal, in the very cold winter of Nepal. :)

I am looking forward to return to Nepal and definitely appointing Himalayan Joy to organise my trip.

Recommending Himalayan Joy for trip to Nepal & Tibet is a great thing to do. Cholendra & his crew arent organizer but they are like a family when comes to holiday/pilgrimage..The entire trip of our to Kailash we felt like we are in Nepal/Tibet with our friends. This guys are simply amazing. The service level is no complains at all. They took care of the needs as more than we expected.During my entire trip to Kailash yatra we felt so pleased to be with Himalayan Joy. Cholendra and his group are highly recommended to be choosen as your travel guide to Khailash. I just returned from my Manasarovar - Khailash Yathra. The hospitality provided by the group is beyond words. They really do care of every participant. Escpecially when I fell sick, I was very well taken care of. Not just me, but everyone in my group. Food provided by them was also very well prepared, clean and delicious. Overall, they are the best. I enjoyed myself truely in this trip under the guide of HIMALAYAN JOY ADVENTURE Pvt. Ltd.

To begin with, Cholendra is a great human being. His knowledge about the rout and trek is phenomenal. Moreover it was the most beautiful place I have ever been in, and thank Cholendra now I have one more great reason to remember it. I advise everyone to visit Nepal and when you get there to have the time of your life with Cholendra.

A little over a year ago, I went on a journey to Kathmandu, Nepal.
I work in a clinic, in Lynnwood, Washington, so I had heard of Cholendra before I left the USA.
One of our physicians, and her family, had him as their trek leader and guide. They admired everything about him and then some! I started emailing him, long before I got to Nepal. I landed in Kathmandu on Sunday, and sure enough on Monday, Cholendra called me to make sure I was safe and sound! He took me all over the city and I loved everything about it! I saw neighborhoods, shops, mountains, temples, and my very favorite, The Kopan Monestary. Cholendra was the perfect gentleman, always kind, and always with the most beautiful smile. He lit up the room with his soft demeanor, kindness, and patience. He was always punctual, had a way with getting the best transportation, always getting us to our destination safe, and sound. Cholendra taught me everything about Nepal, the people, the way of life, beliefs, and just helping me see the beauty and peace of Nepal. He showed how much love, and respect he has in his heart for his home, his country, Nepal. It was the most amazing journey I have and will ever take. Cholendra did everything to give that to me. The warmest, most at peace soul I have ever met.

My wife and I went on ABC trekking with Cholendra. The trail to "the Sanctuary" was amazing itself but we also had such a great time because of Cholendra's excellent guide. My wife wasn't a climbing person and was super slow. But Cholendra made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Also when we found my wife misplaced her wallet, he tracked it down and got it for us. He did that after he finished his duty. I saw some guides being drunk or untidy but Cholendra is a truly professional man with high standard manners. And he is fun !! I wish I had another chance to go Himalayan trekking again so that I could be with him again.
